这个例子中有个处理异常的函数，Exception_ISR()这个函数有什么作用吗？对timer的初始化，中断函数有相关影响吗？
我把这个函数注释掉之后，timer不能进入中断处理函数。
求大神指点!

Exception_ISR()，从名字来看是一个异常情况的中断服务程序，一般和timer的中断没有关系。

理论上来说是没有影响的，但是我注释掉之后，确实不能进入定时器中断了。
