TICS Pro软件无法使用

今天在windows7旗舰版上安装了TI的 TICS Pro，安装完成后打开弹出一个错误，

接着从网上下载到msvcp140_clr0400.dll文件后，放到指定文件夹注册完，重启，并再次打开安装好的 TICS Pro，还是有其他错误，

现在不知道如何是好，尝试重装也不成功，求大家帮帮忙。
