最近测试 发现，热插拔网口时， 插入网线 有时3-4s 网口灯才亮，大概插拔20次左右就能重现，不启动内核 停在boot时，暂时未发现有问题，插拔正常，难道和驱动有关？ 内核使用的 4.4版本， 用的AM5728，网口芯片KSZ9031 ，Demo板TL5728-EasyEVM-A3 也存在同样问题，不知有没有遇到同样问题的，该如何解决？
