发现在编译SPL的时候 dtb并没有和SPL一起编译，更换到SDK3.08上是可以，请问SDK3.07如何把dtb合并到SPL中？

以下是SDK3.07编译之后的目录文件 缺少dtb的合并

dts目录下是空的

以下是SDK3.08 编译的结果，可以看见DTB已经合并到SPL中
