请问下关于DDR3的接口端接情况，看datasheet上说明只需要在如下接口上串接22ohm的电阻即可。但对于贵公司的参考原理图上是采用DDR芯片端接上拉到VTT的方法，这两种端接方式有区别吗？哪个更好些呢？多谢！

你好，我用的是两片三星K4B2G0846C的DDR3
对于两片的ddr3， VTT是必须的，请参考 最新的datasheet中的Figure 5-48. 16-Bit DDR3 Interface Using Two 8-Bit DDR3 Devices。
另外，关于layout，也请严格按照 datasheet中5.5.2.3 DDR3 and DDR3L Routing Guidelines的说明进行。
