使用TI AM335x_StartKit开发板时无法进入Debug状态

使用CCS进行Test Connection是通过的，用的Win8系统 CCS5.3和开发板上的仿真器(XDS100V2 USB)，接上开发板后电脑的设备管理器一直在刷新“SUBARCTIC”，但是之前在另一台电脑上是可以Debug的(系统是win7，其余都一样)，朋友有个6678的开发板也有这个问题，都是在一台电脑上可以，换一台就不行了
