换板子后DDR3的数据一直在变化

用的6678，两块板子一样（相同的设计），相同的工程，一块正常，另一块DDR3里的数据一直变化。

下图是我将0x94000000~0x940000FF置0，并把0x94000000写成0x0068FF12后数据的一些变化情况：

现在完全没有头绪，大佬们能指点一下吗？或者给些调试的建议？谢谢！
