TI提供的rowboat安卓系统里面为什么没有对视频编码的支持呢？
只是提供了decoder却没有encoder，请问从哪里可以得到安卓下encoder的代码？
TI最近有没有计划对DM3730的安卓下的encoder的支持？

本来想自己添加一个openMax的encoder模块，但是发现实现起来比较困难，
希望大家能给提供些帮助。
