TMS320C6678: 请问6678EVM 的 TRM 中 5.5.3 节怎么理解？

TI的老师们好：

我对6678EVM的TRM 5.5.3 节的细节不太了解。

如图，TRM 提到，DSP 控制FPGA 去编程62005的配置。但是62005的作用是为DSP提供时钟的，我很不明白为何在这里要提到用DSP参与一个为自己提供时钟的初始化过程。为何FPGA不能直接对62005进行控制呢？为何还要专门提到DSP呢？谢谢。
