k2与k1的区别有：DDR3、QMSS、以太网、EDMACC/TCC数量、总线的速率等等，并且在K2中提供了DSP+ARM的器件，具体可以下载K2 某一款器件手册看看，其中有讲到相关的区别。K2中不同器件也有一定的差异。
