hi,

使用6678LXE板子开发，Debug时无法连接板子，报错如下

Error connecting to the target: (Error -234 @ 0x0) The instruction scan-path cannot circulate bits, it may be broken. An attempt to scan the JTAG instruction registers has failed. The target's JTAG instruction path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 8.4.0.00006)

上周还可以用，CCS和操作系统没有升级。

连不上还有另外一个现象，

Error initializing emulator:
(Error -2083 @ 0x0)
Unable to communicate with the debug probe. Confirm debug probe configuration and connections, reset the debug probe, and retry the operation.
(Emulation package 8.4.0.00006)

在设备管理器里面可以看到Blackhawk的设备。
