想要eCAP要用于测频率，而eCAP2的引脚有B11与Y1，分别被显示的VOUT_D11与PRU2_MII1_TXD2占用了
eCAP2_in_PWM2_out对应B11与Y1都被其他接口占用的话，就不能再用作eCAP功能了。可以参考下面帖子里的设备树配置timer输出pwm。e2e.ti.com/.../am5728-pwm-on-dmtimer
