1. ROM bootloader 不支持uart, nand flash。2. 不支持nand flash。3. 考虑用二次bootloader，先从ROM bootloader支持的boot mode启动二次bootloader, 二次bootloader再从nand flash去加载代码。
C6678在EMIF16 boot模式下，只能从CE0启动（手册中，boot parameter table的 ‘chip select’ 域，不支持修改）吗？
ROM bootloader只会从CE0空间去数据。
