关于hex6x.exe的使用参数

在使用hex6x.exe的时候   我在网上搜索到的资料显示要加一些参数，比如下面的这一段

ProTest.out

 -a                 

 -image

 -memwidth  8

ROMS {   FLASH: org = 0x80002000, len = 0x3E000,romwidth = 8, files = {ProTest.hex} }

 

 

我想问的是   这里的 -a     -image      -memwidth 8  分别 具体是什么意思？？？
