内核：4.19
自己的am5728板卡，通过PCIe连接FPGA。该PCI设备在之前的SDK （3.14内核版本），是可以正常使用的。
目前想升级到4.19内核，无法正常使用。
启动可以看到PCI设备信息，但是读BAR0的时候报错：
