TI提供的make的工程，如ex02_messageq.rar，怎么把里面的dsp、arm、ipu等的make工程，导入到windows下的ccs可以编译的工程，编译后的文件能放到板子上运行。
arm核运行linux，dsp核运行ti的rtos，windows 10，ccs 7.4

可以使用pdk顶层目录里面的一个脚本生成某个核心使用的ccs工程；也可以使用菜单new出来ccs工程，然后拷贝代码、bld、cfg文件进去；
我测试的例程里面的核心列表是5708的，然而创龙配套的app_host的核心列表是5728的，奇怪点是虽然两个列表差了个dsp2，但是参数传递是DSP1，按理查询出来的ID，在创建messageQ时用ID查询得到的name字符串应该时DSP1才对，怀疑查出来的字符串不是，由于没有安装linux环境，无法编译app_host打印此程序open的messageQ名字验证
