大家好 我没有研究过NAND FLASH的工作原理
只是按照例程可以对NAND FLASH实现读写
评估板上接的是1Gbit的
如果新的设计要改2Gbit 或者更大的 硬件连接还是和评估板的一样？
一样的，nand flash地址和数据线是共用的。
也就是说 不管接多大Gbit的FLASH 硬件连接都是一样的？如上图所示？
是，理论上nand flash容量是没有上限的，这跟nor flash不一样，nor flash地址和数据线是分开的。
