关于SRIO配置的问题，在STK_V1.1中关于SRIO有一段关于SRIO的配置如下：
但是文档中关于该寄存器的描述为可读，麻烦专家帮忙解决一下。
在normal operation时，这个寄存器是只读的，但当RIO_Per_Set_Cntl 寄存器里的boot_complete=1前，是可写的。
好的，感谢。另外还有一个问题想和您请教，在手册中CSR/CAR Register和LSU4中都有关于ID的配置，请问两者有什么不同吗？
