一般说来Speech指的是人的声音频谱范围：20~20K，通常数字采样频率以8K,16K为主，主要应用与通讯领域，编码方式G.711，G.729，EVRC等，audio 一般泛指包括音乐，语音在内的声音，频谱范围较广，采用率在44.1K及以上，编码方式有AAC, MP3等。
