为了加强对功耗的控制，CVDD可以从0.85V到1.1V动态调整，但外部需要多加几个芯片辅助实现该功能，我的问题是：
可不可以不要这个电压动态调整功能，将CVDD直接固定在1.0V，以降低供电复杂度，减少芯片？
CVDD是不是电压越高，芯片的性能越好，1.1V是不是最好的？
