#1,对c文件的修改无法保存,点击保存时弹出

some characters can not be mapped using GBK.....
#2,不能connect target.
在build active project --- launch ti debugger 后connect target 依然是灰色,
不能点击连接. 硬件无问题,debug active project 可以写入程序
这些问题需要修改哪里啊,我从装了CCS也不管用
