请问6678如何下载程序

我完全新手...目前有一个6678LE的EVM板...

在CCS里DEBUG的时候...LED有反应(明暗交替)....有LOAD过程

然后..我关闭CCS..去掉插在上层小板上的USB线..重开板子电源....LED没任何反应...

是我程序没下进去吗??

请问如何下载一个OUT文件到板子里..
