我们想从NAND FLASH启动，容量16Gbit ,8 bit位宽，3.3V ，TSOP-48.
am335x有指定的支持型号，我们买的是美光的MT29F16G08ABACA，不支持。
请问，能不能推荐一个型号？

这个我看过，TI只是给出了ID号，具体型号非常多。由于我板子已经出来了，封装是不能改的。要买封装相同，又支持的，工作量比较大。
所以，想请问一下，有没有推荐的。
你可以参考我们的AM3358 EVM板上的nand flash。
你找下nand的代理商，找这样的片子不难，因为从来没有客户为这个发过愁:)
请问如果DEVICE ID与在列表中不支持，但是我们就想选用这款型号的话，可否在什么地方更改一下配置，使其支持device ID
