TMS320C6748的PWM频率范围问题

   6748有两种PWM输出接口APWM以及EPWM，但我没看到明确的PWM信号的频率范围？

另：TI的DSP JTAG与我之前用的14PIN 20PIN ARM JTAG引脚并非PIN TO PIN 的兼容，能否用一般的JTAG仿真器进行调试？（如用FT2232做的USB转JTAG工具）
