am3359的ICE板子，在Uboot模式下，网络不能用

我使用的是am3359的ICE开发板，进入uboot模式下，然后tftp，出现下面现象：

U-Boot# tftp
Auto Negotitation failed for port 0
Auto Negotitation failed for port 1

我的引脚配置如下：

{rgmii1_pin_mux, PROFILE_ALL, DEV_ON_BASEBOARD},
{rgmii2_pin_mux, PROFILE_ALL, DEV_ON_BASEBOARD},

请问是哪里出错了？
