TDA4VM: fvid2 dequeue a error frame

hi, I have a provlem, the backgroud as follow:

1. The system can run normally for a period of time

2. the enocde module will Initialize at some point

3. The system runs normally for a period of time after this moment

4. And then error will occurs, the frame_status of some frames which get from fvide2_dequeue is FVID2_FRAME_STATUS_ERROR

How to resolve this problem

For which module are you seeing frame error? Can you share more information, about module giving this error, data flow etc?

1. This error occurred in the csi module

2. This error currently only occurred after the encode module is started

Hi Dear,

FVID2_FRAME_STATUS_ERROR error means CSIRX received incomplete frame, ie size received does not match with the configured size. We really doubt this is related to encoder module.

Could you please check receiver/sensor output size and configure frame size accordingly in CSIRX?
