我想使用c6747中的，timer来设置周期0.5s，完成一次中断，timer部分已经配置好了，但是timer一直不启动工作，求原因？是不是有个管理各个外设模块部分也要配置啊？
从timer本身来说，C6747的与C6748的一样，可以参考C6748的starterware里的例子（工程基于CCSV5）。
