1. tms320c6678的srio可以配置为4个1x模式，连接4个设备。
2. 4个port是独立的，可以配置成不同的速率。

我只在SPRUGW1C文件里的SerDes Macro Configuration Register中看到全部配置的pll
没找到各自port的pll配置
在SRIO的user guide的第23页有以下说明
Ability to run different ports at different baud rates (only integer multiple rates supported: 2.5G and 5G supported, 3.125G and 5G are not supported)
4个port只能支持有限个不同速率，5G是否支持？
按照这个说法 显然 仅支持整数倍速率:支持2.5G和5G 用这个设置Operating rate. Selects full, half, quarter, or eighth rate operation.
应该不能各设置为1.25, 2.5,3.125, and 5 G
