AM3894 DDR3只用了DDR0部分可以吗？

AM3894中有关于DDR0和DDR1的管脚，目前只用了DDR0部分，DDR1部分未连线。外围的电路也和官网EVM一样。但SD卡boot不起来，是因为DDR只连接一个的原因吗？如果是，那通过软件可不可以修改呢？
