Sorry we fail to understand the use case. More details will be helpful. tiboot3.bin is the R5 SPL & runs from MCU R5F0 core. You are booting from OSPI and want to erase OSPI? If you erase OSPI then where will the next boot binaries like the sysfw.itb, tispl.bin & u-boot.img be fetched from?
I want to write error code in flash when loading sysfw.itb failed, so I need to erase some blocks in flash before writting.Now we have another solution.Thanks!
