HI,

I have a PCB of our own design which uses AM5716 and eMMC IS21ES04G-JCLI. (4GB eMMC)

The PCBA runs quite well in previous batches of production.

Recently we built a new batch of PCBA, which uses IS21ES08G-JCLI for replacement due to component shortage.

All the PCBAs have the below error when it starts to run:

Which seems the EXT4-FS (mmcblk0p2) error occurs for every PCBA.

My question is:

What could possibly be the cause of the problem? since the replacement eMMC is fully compatible with the original design except for the size .

How can I conduct the troubleshooting for this problem?
