DM365 为什么VDDA18_DAC 和VDDA18_ADC 等应该是1.8V的电压,有时会是2.2V

 完全相同的几块电路板,有一部分是正常的,但有几片有如下的现象:

使用固定输出1.8V的LDO给DM365的ADC,DAC,PLL,OSC以及DDR2供电1.8V时,1.8V的LDO有时候会输出2.2V,但如果把LDO的输出脚与PCB分开,单独测量的电压是正常的1.8V,

这是什么原因造成的呢,以及如何解决呢?
