TMS320C6678芯片，有个全局中断使能位GIE，该位置除了软件手动设置1或0，还有没有其他可能造成该位置自行从1变0，然后又变1，这种自行改变的状态？

程序运行时，GIE的值会自行跳变，但是程序里面除了一开始使能后，就再也没有修改该bit的操作了。
