我新建了一个platform，将新建的.xml文件放在了如下文件夹，但是在platform下拉菜单里并没有找到我新建的那个platform选项。请问这是什么情况？

我就是按照这个步骤新建的custom platform，然后不知道怎么使用这个已经创建好的platform.xml

新建platform，然后将路径添加到工程中，在工程属性设置的platform下拉选项中就可以找到自定义的platform
现在的问题是这个platform的值为NULL
我这边创建出来有点问题，.platform文件可以用其他软件打开吗？比如notepad 看一下里面是否有对应的配置内容。
Debug模式下，选择tools -> RTSC Tools -> Platform -> View/Edit 在对应路径下就可以打开自定义的platform。
使用notepad或者在ccs-open file也可以查看platform.xdc文件
查看到文件中有内容应该就没问题，截图中是哪个界面，使用起来也是有报错的吗？
