Nand flash是地址线和数据线复用的，没有大小限制，但如果选择nand flash启动的话，对nand flash有要求，具体查看TRM文档Device Detection and Parametershttps://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruh73q/spruh73q.pdf
NOR flash受地址线的限制，到不了8G，具体看地址线，如总共有28根地址线，寻址范围为2^28=256MB
