phy的初始化配置在哪个文件里，是C中还是dts中
在dts设备树中配置，可以看一下\arch\arm\boot\dts\am57xx-idk-common.dtsi设备树中对PHY的配置。设备树的描述参考Documentation\devicetree\bindings\net\cpsw.txt。
