win7 系统下安装，之间先安装了MCR_R2013a_win32_installer和vcredist_x86。

你是如何安装的？我记得要先安装一个matlab的什么库和windows framework的一个包

都已经安装了。
MCR_R2013a_win32_installer就是matlab的库，
就是windows framework的包是vcredist_x86
或者你去别人的机器上拷一个这个文件过来？
