问题1：请问有专门介绍C6713这款芯片对应的CSl库函数功能、用法的手册吗？我应该怎样学习这些提供的库函数？

问题2：我看了一个C6713的例程，但是工程中并没有添加库文件，只是加入了一些库函数声明的头文件，这样工程也能运行。但是有些工程中添加了库文件。是不是不必要加？
