请问：我新设计了一块板子其他部分都没变，就更换了DDR2芯片，在U-BOOT中是否只要更改下EMIF寄存器的设置呢？（文件：ddr-defs.h）还需要修改其他文件吗？
如果容量有变化，一定要修改EMIF设置的，主要是SDRAM_CONFIG寄存器，请参考：
