请问一下，我们用的DDR3型号MT41J256M16HA-125:E，但是在《DDR3 Register Calc v4.xlsx》表格里没有找到对应的型号，如图
是这个表格太老了吗？或者有什么其他办法得到初始化参数吗？
如果C9中找不到对应的型号，是需要自行在datasheet一栏的最后一列user defined中添加的，请查看instruction 第三条说明。
