请问专家，我们的365ipnc在视频时出现一顿一顿的，在网页上看到可以设置帧率为30p15p...但是用VLC播放时显示是60帧，好像设置15帧也没效果，用VLC查看仍然是60，请问这个怎么解决
先存码流在sd卡上分析一下.
