TM320DM8168 DDR3内存支持

TMS320DM8168开发板使用的是8片1G bit，8位的DDR3内存，速度为1600。

如果不修改开发板的软件，能否直接将内存替换为4片hynix的H5TQ2G63FFR。

hynix的这款内存是2G bit，16位的DDR3内存，速度为1600
