AM335x SPI Boot时间问题

想用SPI Boot，把x-loader和u-boot放在SPI Flash上，kernel和文件系统在eMMC上；请问从系统Power On到u-boot载入到内存开始运行，大概需要多少时间？给个范围就可以：小于500ms，大约1S，小于3S，大于3S？

我在e2e论坛里看到有人说x-loader spi载入u-boot特别慢，所以想动手之前了解一下慢到什么程度，还有没有实用价值。
