DM368 60fps 变为30fps的问题

我在研究DM368压缩720p@60，使用的平台是EVM DM368，在DEMO中，./encodedecode时，显示信息如下：
ARM Load：9% Video fps:30 fps Video bit rate:2104kbps
请问，我使用的是60fps的源，为什么压缩时变成了30fps？
是否可以设置？
