您好，我在官网上下载了DM368的IBIS模型，仿真DDR2时，DM368的DDR2地址信号和其它控制信号，以及DQ信号均是input 模式，参见附件。按照datasheet上，它们应该分别为output 和inout才对吧？

对于DDR布线，我们不建议使用仿真，建议完全参考数据手册上DDR布线要求来做。
