你可以到segger的官网去下载最新的Jlink软件，其中包含有OMAPL138的配置文件，比如“JLinkARM_V432a\Samples\JLink\Scripts\OMAP-L138.JLinkScript”。 你可以使用此配置文件。
看看你的JLINK的驱动有没有安装在IAR的目录下？
