GPTimer 在定时器模式下工作时，他的计数频率是多少，这个频率是否可以配置，如果可以请问应该怎么配置？

我参考了 Table 22-3. Clocks and Resets 这个表 表中只是说明了时钟的源 并没有讲怎么配置
还有里面对应的两个时钟信号 FCLK 和 ICLK 分别是怎么用的呢
