我在TI-RTOS 2.20 User’s Guide (SPRUHD4M)找到一点，有更详细的吗?

startware里面的USB库的使用手册是Stellaris USB Library User's Guide (ti.com)吗？这个库是不是不能在RTOS里面用，只能裸机跑？
