NAND flash 的数据位宽配置在 OMAP-L138\Common\include\device_async_mem.h 文件中定义:

如果 NAND flash 更换的与 EVM 上的不同,必要时需要修改如下两个文件
OMAP-L138\Common\drivers\include\Device_nand.h
OMAP-L138\Common\drivers\src\Device_nand.c
里面说必要时需修改.c和.h两个文件 这两个文件不知道怎么修改 我的Flash型号和EVM上的不同
这两个文件主要配置nand flash的寄存器,根据您外接nand flash的读写时序并结合TRM上nand flash registers的说明修改。
