SK-AM62: About BIST

How can i active the LBIST and PBIST.Is the register I need to configure is WKUP_MMR1_MCU_M4FSS0_LBIST_CTRL？or WKUP_MMR1_MCU_M4FSS0_LBIST_CTRL_PROXY? I had configured all registers about LBIST, but it didn't work. Am I missing something?

Development is currently in process for the SDL which will include PBIST for AM62. Unfortunately until this is available we do not have any good example that can be used with regard to BIST.

However, the programing sequence should be the same as it is on Jacinto devices which is already implemented. The instances and memory bitmaps will be unique to AM62x however.
